Cash Collection Associate

Qualifications

• Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of Accounts Receivable or Collections experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Experience in a high-volume collections or shared services environment.
• Experience with B2B Collections.

• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Reconciliation Skills (comparing data across different systems or databases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions.
• Comfortable handling difficult collection conversations while maintaining professionalism.
• ***The U.S. hourly salary range for this full-time position is $21.00 to $33.00. *** Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
• This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation.
• This position is also eligible for long-term incentives.
