Role Overview
Manage immigration client files efficiently and ensure each case is processed accurately and carefully.
Join the immigration services team as a Case Processing Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process applications according to program requirements.
- Prepare and verify documentation for compliance with immigration regulations.
- Communicate with clients about case status, document needs, and next steps.
- Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and internal departments as required.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all case files.
- Support senior consultants or case managers with administrative and research tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in immigration, law, administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in immigration processing or legal administration is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Video presentation skills are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and responsible handling of confidential information.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
