Job Description
· Dealing with clients’ complaints and resolving the problem by determining the cause of the problem and explaining the best solution.
· Maintaining a data of clients’ records and updating it for future references.
· Answering to client queries with regards to a certain program/service and explaining thoroughly to client the concept of the program/services being asked.
· Performing job responsibilities with professionalism.
· Coordinating with an existing client with regards to their application.
· Responding to clients’ emails and queries in line with the program/services applied.
· Submitting client’s profile in a certain programs/service they are eligible for.
· Assessing the client’s profile for other program/services they are may qualify.
· Advising the client on certain criteria that they need to improve to support their application.
· Sourcing a job opportunity for the clients in order to expand their prospect to get the invitations from certain company.
· Assisting the clients in the process of improving their application towards better opportunities.
· Doing job accordingly and accomplishing the tasks in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month It's depends on the experience
Ability to Relocate:
Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Required)
