About the Role
Wood Smith Interiors LLC seeks an experienced Joinery Foreman to oversee production, installation, and execution of high-end custom joinery and interior fit-out projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations in the joinery factory and at project sites
- Lead and manage carpenters, machine operators, polishers, and installation teams
- Interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and production details accurately
- Plan and allocate manpower according to project schedules and priorities
- Ensure all joinery products are manufactured and installed according to approved drawings and quality standards
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Designers, and Factory Managers for smooth project execution
- Monitor production progress and site installation to meet project deadlines
- Inspect finished products before dispatch and installation
- Resolve technical issues related to joinery fabrication and installation
- Ensure proper handling of veneer, MDF, plywood, laminates, solid wood, acrylic, HPL, and other joinery materials
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement to avoid production delays
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of woodworking machinery and power tools
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience as a Joinery Foreman
- Strong background in custom joinery, luxury residential villas, commercial interiors, and bespoke furniture
- Excellent knowledge of joinery production processes and installation methods
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical specifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience coordinating factory production and site execution
- Knowledge of woodworking machines and joinery manufacturing techniques
- Familiarity with veneer works, laminates, solid wood, PU painting, polishing, and hardware installation
- Ability to solve technical and installation challenges independently
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
- UAE Driving License is preferred

Job Summary
- Wood Smith Interiors LLC is seeking a highly experienced Joinery Foreman to oversee the production, installation, and execution of high end custom joinery and interior fit out projects across the UAE.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive hands on experience in woodworking, factory production, and site installation, with the ability to lead teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
