About the Role
Wood Smith Interiors LLC seeks an experienced Aluminium & Glass Foreman to supervise aluminium fabrication and installation works in Dubai. The role involves managing site activities, leading installation teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely and on time.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all aluminium and glass installation activities on site
- Read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Lead installation teams for aluminium pergolas, internal glass partitions, office partitions, doors, windows, and frameless/framed glass installations
- Ensure proper alignment, levelling, and finishing of aluminium and glass works
- Plan daily site activities and allocate manpower efficiently
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients
- Monitor material requirements and report shortages
- Ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce HSE regulations
- Inspect completed works and resolve installation issues promptly
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 10 years of UAE experience as an Aluminium & Glass Foreman
- Strong experience in aluminium pergola fabrication and installation
- Extensive knowledge of internal aluminium glass partition systems and office fit out works
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings and fabrication details
- Experience supervising installation teams on multiple projects
- Good knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass types, hardware, and accessories
- Familiarity with Dubai construction standards and site procedures
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is an added advantage

About the Role
- Wood Smith Interiors LLC is seeking an experienced Aluminium & Glass Foreman to join our growing team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in supervising aluminium fabrication and installation works, including aluminium pergolas, internal aluminium glass partitions, office partitions, and custom architectural aluminium systems.
- The candidate must be capable of managing site activities, leading installation teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
