About the Role

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other materials
- Construct, install, and dismantle formwork for concrete structures
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, partitions, ceilings, and other wooden fixtures
- Repair and maintain existing wooden structures and fittings
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensure all carpentry work meets project specifications and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear the required PPE
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete work on schedule
- Report any material shortages, defects, or safety concerns to the site supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Knowledge of carpentry tools, equipment, and materials
- Good understanding of construction safety practices
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor site conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
