About the Role
Vision Catalyst Construction seeks a Batching Plant Supervisor to oversee daily concrete batching plant operations, ensure quality production, manage schedules, and supervise staff.

- Supervise and manage daily operations of the concrete batching plant
- Ensure production of quality concrete in accordance with approved mix designs and project requirements
- Monitor plant performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of concrete to project sites
- Maintain adequate stock levels of raw materials and coordinate procurement requirements
- Supervise plant operators, drivers, and support staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate production, inventory, and dispatch records
- Coordinate with project teams, quality control personnel, and suppliers
- Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure uninterrupted plant operations
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports for management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a concrete batching plant
- Strong knowledge of concrete production, batching plant operations, and quality control
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
