Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials with precision.
- Install cabinets, doors, moldings, and other finishing elements.
- Sand, stain, and polish wood surfaces for a high-quality finish.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Repair and refurbish existing woodwork when required.
- Use saws, chisels, drills, and other hand and power tools.
- Ensure accuracy in measurements and alignment.
- Follow safety regulations and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Finishing Carpenter.
- Have strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and finishing processes.
- Be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Be skilled in using hand and power tools efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and precision.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have good physical stamina and be able to lift heavy materials.
