• Principal Accountabilities • To ensure all SLAs are met. • To manage all staff on duty while on shift and be responsible for their actions. • To ensure cargo delivered to aircraft in a timely manner so as to avoid delay to depart of flight. • To ensure all staff use equipment in a safe and professional manor • To liaise with Airlines on specific requirements • Responsible for all Terminal 1 operations and staff within this area
