Caregiver/Nanny

We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and physically active live-in caregiver to support 10-year-old daughter who is on the autism spectrum.

This role is ideal for someone who is calm, responsible, and genuinely committed to supporting a child’s development, routine, and wellbeing.

Provide full supervision and care after school hours and during weekends

Handle school drop-off and pick-up safely and reliably

Follow a structured daily routine and support smooth transitions

Assist with communication, behavior guidance, and emotional regulation

Support development of independence skills (daily tasks, hygiene, routines)

Engage in active play and meaningful activities

Accompany to activities or therapy sessions when required

Ensure safety at all times

Maintain cleanliness and organization related to the child

Proven experience working with children with autism or special needs

Physically fit and active

Patient, calm, and nurturing personality

Ability to follow instructions and commit to structured routines

Trustworthy, attentive, and professional

RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is a strong plus

Willing to learn and apply guidance from parents and specialists

English speaking required

Child attends school during the day (downtime during school hours)

Willing to travel with the family on weekends when needed

This is a long-term, stable role

Ongoing guidance and training will be provided
