Responsibilities
- Implement career development programs such as high potential and summer internship programs
- Participate in implementation and maintenance of job ladders and career paths
- Assist employees in development and determine proper type of plan (IDP, CEP, ODP, PIP)
- Monitor employee progress against personal development plans
- Report to Head of Career Development on development progress of national talent
- Liaise with HR Business Partners to provide information about career development programs
- Maintain development database and proper records
- Review effectiveness of career development program and suggest improvements
- Support development of Career Development Manual
- Schedule milestone presentations to senior management
- Participate and assist in succession planning campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5 years relevant experience in human resources
- Experience with Succession Planning, Career Path and Development
- Excellent PC skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
- Good counseling skills
- Good analytical skills
- Preferably speaks Arabic

Responsibilities

- Assist employees in development and determine the proper type of plan: IDP, CEP, ODP, PIP.
- Monitor employee progress against developed personal development plans.
- Report to the Head of Career Development Qatar on the development progress of national talent.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners in order to provide information and assistance about career development programs.
- Maintain the development database outlining the current development plan progress.
- Review periodically the effectiveness of the career development program and suggest measures for improvement.
- Support the Head of Career Development Qatar in the development of a Career Development Manual.
- Schedule milestone presentations to senior management.
- Participate and assist in the succession planning campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related area from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in human resources.
- Experience with Succession Planning, Career Path and Development.
- Preferably speaks Arabic.
- Excellent PC skills, especially excel, word and PowerPoint.
- Good counseling skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
