Responsibilities
- Perform and assist in cardiovascular diagnostic procedures such as ECGs, echocardiography, stress testing, Holter monitoring, and other related tests
- Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining processes, positioning, and ensuring comfort and safety
- Operate and maintain cardiovascular diagnostic equipment in line with clinical and safety standards
- Monitor patients during procedures and promptly report any abnormalities to the physician
- Accurately record, document, and support the interpretation of test results
- Ensure compliance with infection control, quality, and JCIA standards
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support smooth patient flow and service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cardiovascular Technology or related Cardiovascular program
- Minimum 2 3 years of relevant experience in a cardiac diagnostic or catheterization setting
- Familiarity with a range of cardiovascular procedures and diagnostic equipment
- Good understanding of patient safety protocols and clinical standards
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in a JCIA accredited healthcare facility is preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage

- The Cardiovascular Technologist supports the delivery of diagnostic and interventional cardiac services by performing a range of non invasive and/or invasive cardiovascular procedures.
