As an Advanced Analytics Analyst, you’ll uncover fraud patterns, deliver actionable insights and develop solutions that improve fraud detection, operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

You’ll combine hands-on technical work with a strong understanding of business needs, helping turn new ideas into practical tools for our fraud teams.

We use data-driven insights, cloud technologies and advanced AI tools to help keep our customers and communities safe.

You will:

• Analyse data to identify fraud trends, patterns and emerging risks.
• Develop and refine analytical, machine-learning and AI solutions.
• Enhance Cards Fraud Copilot tools and AI agents that support operational teams.
• Partner with fraud operations to identify automation and optimisation opportunities.
• Translate business problems into clear analytical approaches and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain reusable code and documentation using version-control practices.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
