Role Overview

Guest and Service Management

• Greet guests, manage seating arrangements, and coordinate table assignments.
• Oversee order accuracy, service timing, and presentation.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Manage reservations and special requests.

Team Coordination and Development

• Coordinate communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff.
• Conduct training on service protocols, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
• Provide performance feedback and contribute to staff development initiatives.

Knowledge and Compliance

• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and wine or beverage pairings.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout the dining area.

Operational Duties

• Perform opening and closing duties, including station setup and inventory checks.
