This is a unique opportunity to help deliver one of the UK's most important defence infrastructure programmes.
Working on the new Contingent Docking Facility at Rosyth, you'll play a central role in ensuring the right people, with the right skills and experience, are in place to safely support nuclear operations.
You'll be at the forefront of maintaining nuclear competence standards, supporting regulatory compliance, and helping to build the capability needed for current and future programmes.
The role
As a Capability Manager, you'll lead and develop the organisation's nuclear competence and capability framework, ensuring workforce readiness, regulatory compliance, and the safe delivery of nuclear programmes.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work with senior leaders, engineering teams, safety specialists and regulators to shape long-term capability planning and manage safety-critical competence risks.
It's an exciting opportunity to influence strategic decision-making while contributing to projects that support national security and public safety.
