Role overview
We are looking for a Campaign Manager to take ownership of the planning, coordination and delivery of major integrated campaigns across a growing portfolio of work.
The role sits between strategy, creative, production, content, social and client teams.
You will work closely with the Chief Creative Officer and senior stakeholders to turn strategic and creative direction into clear plans, keep multiple workstreams moving, and make sure strong ideas become strong work.
This is a hands-on senior role with significant responsibility and room to grow.
We are looking for someone who can own complex campaign delivery today and, over time, develop into a broader leadership role within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage integrated campaigns from brief through development, production, launch and optimisation.
- Translate strategic and creative direction into clear campaign plans, timelines and deliverables.
- Own assigned campaigns and workstreams from start to finish.
- Coordinate creative, design, film, content, social, media and external partners.
- Maintain clear visibility across priorities, dependencies, approvals and deadlines.
- Work closely with the Chief Creative Officer to keep campaign delivery aligned with the wider creative direction.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Turn complex or evolving briefs into clear actions for the team.
- Identify risks and blockers early and recommend practical solutions.
- Keep decisions moving and ensure agreed actions are followed through.
- Protect the quality and consistency of the work throughout delivery.
- Connect larger campaign narratives with individual services, features and use cases.
- Support campaign reporting, performance reviews and learnings.
- Improve ways of working where it helps the team move faster and produce better work.
What we are looking for
- Strong experience across integrated campaigns, advertising, communications, and marketing.
- Experience managing complex work involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of how strategy, creative, production, content, social and media work together.
- Confidence working directly with senior clients and leadership.
- Strong organisational and project-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good judgement under pressure and the confidence to make recommendations.
- Ability to balance several priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- High standards and strong attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing scopes, budgets or external partners.
How you work
Your title matters less than what your experience has made you capable of.
You have probably worked through incomplete briefs, demanding stakeholders, changing priorities, difficult productions and deadlines that did not move.
You take ownership of the work in front of you — driving it forward, closing gaps and making sure decisions become action.
You know when to solve something yourself, when to bring people together and when to escalate.
You create structure without creating bureaucracy.
You are comfortable challenging constructively, asking the right questions and keeping people aligned around what needs to happen next.
Most importantly, you care about the quality of the work, not just whether the task was completed.
Where the role can go
This is not intended to be a static role.
As the team and portfolio grow, there is a clear opportunity for the right person to take on greater responsibility across campaigns, people and client relationships — and develop toward a future leadership role.
