- Manage labour accommodation and room allocations
- Monitor camp cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance activities
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with service providers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour accommodation standards
- Handle employee accommodation related concerns and welfare matters
- Maintain occupancy records and camp documentation
- Conduct routine inspections and submit reports to management
- Coordinate transportation, housekeeping, and other camp related services
Requirements
- Previous UAE experience in labour camp or accommodation management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Familiarity with UAE labour accommodation regulations is an advantage

Job Overview
- We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor to oversee the day to day operations of employee accommodation facilities and ensure a safe, clean, and well maintained living environment for staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage labour accommodation and room allocations.
