About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the end to end tender and bid management process
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare high quality proposals, presentations, and pre qualification submissions
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, QHSE, and other support teams to develop winning solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across the UAE and the wider Middle East
- Support business development initiatives, marketing events, client presentations, and networking activities
- Ensure timely submission of bids while maintaining the highest quality standards
Requirements
- Experience in Business Development, Bid Management, Tender Management, or Sales Support
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Experience within the Facilities Management (FM) industry is an advantage

- Looking for a dynamic and results driven Business Development Lead to join our growing team.
