Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Calypso implementations and enhancements
- Act as the functional SME for the Calypso platform across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office operations
- Configure and support Calypso modules based on business requirements
- Perform gap analysis and recommend functional solutions
- Prepare FRDs, BRDs, process flows, and use cases
- Work closely with development teams during design, development, and testing phases
- Coordinate UAT and support defect resolution
- Support production issues, incident management, and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with traders, risk, finance, operations, and IT teams
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and new product implementations
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are incorporated into system solutions
Requirements
- Experience as a Calypso Product Analyst or functional SME
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Calypso implementations
- Experience configuring Calypso modules
- Experience performing gap analysis and recommending functional solutions
- Experience coordinating UAT and supporting defect resolution
- Knowledge of Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office operations
