Role overview
Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls for the employer's restaurants.
Handle reservations, order inquiries, complaints, and delivery coordination.
Support an excellent customer service and dining or ordering experience.
Requirements and skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional education in hospitality is a plus.
- Prior restaurant, hospitality, or call centre experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS or order management systems is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Arabic language ability is required.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Build positive customer relationships and handle questions, cancellations, and confirmations.
- Take delivery and takeaway orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide menu details, recommendations, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Handle complaints or feedback calmly and escalate when necessary.
