- Emirati with a Family Book (Emiratisation role)
- High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and customer focused environment
