Company Description

  • Title: Call Center Specialist
  • Salary: 3500 4000 (Negotiable, based on experience)
  • Open to all nationalities
  • Location: Abu Dhabi / Full Time
  • Language: Professional English
  • Shifts: Morning / Night shifts
  • Experience: 2 3 years in Call center

Role Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Address inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communication
  • Assist with order related queries
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • 2 3 years call center experience mandatory
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Contact Centers operations
  • Computer Literacy including CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Arabic, is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Positive attitude and problem solving mindset
