ImageCare Radiology Seeking Several Full-Time Call Center Schedulers and Part-Time Call Center Schedulers for our Hackettstown office.

All new hires are required to attend first-day orientation at our Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site.

Schedule 1: Monday - Friday 9:30am-6:00pm. (Full Time)

Schedule 2: Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:00pm. (Full Time)

• Initial training days and times will be discussed and agreed upon between the manager/supervisor and the employee.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while efficiently managing appointment scheduling, patient communications, and account updates.

Ensure a smooth and professional experience by addressing inquiries, coordinating imaging appointments, and supporting patients through the scheduling and preparation process.
