- Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing patients
- Conduct outbound calls to potential patients, existing patient databases, and inactive patients
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
- Promote clinic services, treatments, packages, and promotional offers
- Follow up with leads to encourage appointment booking and treatment acceptance
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective patients
- Achieve individual monthly appointment and sales targets
- Provide accurate information regarding clinic services and promotions
- Answer patient inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain a positive and professional telephone manner
- Record all calls, inquiries, and appointment outcomes in the designated system
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in call center sales, telemarketing, customer service, or healthcare sales
- Experience in a medical, dental, dermatology, aesthetic, or wellness clinic is preferred
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Confident telephone communication skills
- Strong follow up and relationship building skills
- Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred

Job Summary
- The Call Center Sales Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with the primary objective of generating appointments, increasing patient bookings, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing patients.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential patients, existing patient databases, and inactive patients.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Promote clinic services, treatments, packages, and promotional offers.
- Follow up with leads to encourage appointment booking and treatment acceptance.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in call center sales, telemarketing, customer service, or healthcare sales.
- Experience in a medical, dental, dermatology, aesthetic, or wellness clinic is preferred.
