Overview

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Take and process customer food orders via phone and Snoonu
  • Accurately input orders into the Oodo system
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, with a strong focus on Syrian cuisine
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain a polite, helpful, and respectful tone with all customers
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate service

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • **Fluent in Arabic** (spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of **Syrian food** and menu terminology
  • Proficient in using the **Oodo system** or similar order management software
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Previous experience in a call center or food service role is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
