Overview

- Coordinate closely with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate service
Required Qualifications & Skills
- **Fluent in Arabic** (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of **Syrian food** and menu terminology
- Proficient in using the **Oodo system** or similar order management software
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Previous experience in a call center or food service role is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
