- Preferably with call center, reception, customer service or front desk experience in a medical and aesthetic clinic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional and polished appearance
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR booking system, MS Office and POS
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
