Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing healthcare organization.
The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, knowledge of healthcare industry, and proficiency with Zoho accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage accounts payable and receivable
· Prepare and reconcile financial statements
· Ensure compliance with healthcare billing government regulations
· Maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books and related modules
· Support budgeting and financial forecasting processes
· Coordinate with suppliers, insurance providers and billing departments
· Generate financial reports and analysis for management
· Audit and verify healthcare claims and reimbursements
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
· Minimum 6+ years of accounting experience
· Proven expertise with Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, or other Zoho applications
· Knowledge of healthcare accounting practices and medical billing
· Proficiency in Excel and general accounting software
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous healthcare industry experience
· Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
· Advanced Zoho platform certification
