- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries
- Book and manage patient appointments
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
- Follow up with leads and existing patients
- Promote treatments, packages, and clinic services
- Provide outstanding customer service and patient support
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists regarding schedules
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Meet monthly booking and sales KPIs
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or patient coordination role
- Previous experience in a medical clinic, aesthetic clinic, healthcare, or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and appointment booking abilities
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems)
