Overview

Role - Call Center Agent - Arabic Speaker

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers
  • Provide product information and assist with orders, returns, and services
  • Deliver
  • high-end, personalized customer service
  • in line with luxury brand expectations
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining brand reputation
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and relationship building
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, store teams) for seamless service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in
  • call center / customer service
  • , preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium brands
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer handling
