Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle
  • inbound and outbound calls
  • in a professional manner
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain a high level of
  • customer satisfaction
  • Document all interactions in the system (CRM)
  • Follow up with customers when required
  • Meet
  • daily/weekly call and performance targets
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum
  • 6 months – 2 years
  • of customer service / call center experience
  • Strong
  • communication skills in English
  • (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to handle high call volumes
  • Good
  • problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM systems

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in
  • banking / telecom / retail call centers
  • Ability to handle
  • difficult customers calmly
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills
