- Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow up tasks
- Stay up to date on dental services, procedures, and insurance requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
- Arabic & English speaker
- Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor
- Proficient in using customer service software and office management tools
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,500.00 AED 4,500.00 per month
