- Prepare fresh, hygienic, and flavorful Indian vegetarian dishes on a daily basis.
- Cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages as per the menu.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, minimize food wastage, and assist with stock management.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in Indian vegetarian cooking is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a cafeteria, canteen, restaurant, or catering kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work flexible shifts.

Job Summary
- We are looking for a dedicated Cafeteria Chef with experience in Indian vegetarian cooking to join our team in Dubai.
- Preference will be given to candidates of Nepali origin with proven experience preparing authentic Indian vegetarian meals in cafeterias, restaurants, or industrial kitchens.
