Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Café Manager with strong barista skills to lead daily operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and structured, with the ability to manage both front-of-house service and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality standards
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to a professional standard
- Manage staff scheduling, shifts, attendance, and overall team performance
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Handle administrative tasks including reporting, stock control, ordering, and documentation
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Monitor sales, control costs, and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure clear communication and structured workflow across the team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Café Manager or Supervisor with strong barista skills
- Ability to manage a team, including shift planning and performance management
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a structured manner
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Available to join immediately
