Responsibilities
- Manage GPSSA registrations and monthly payment submissions
- Administer employee medical insurance (enrollment, renewals, claims coordination)
- Manage payroll
- Oversee leave management and attendance tracking
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
- Handle Emiratisation compliance (tracking, reporting, supporting Emirati employees)
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and internal reports
- Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards using Excel
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of GPSSA contribution processes and deadlines
- Hands on experience with medical insurance administration
- Proven track record managing leave, attendance, and workforce compliance
- Experience working with Emirati employees and understanding of Emiratisation policies
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Familiarity with UAE Labour Law
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Role Overview
- We are looking for a hands on HR Generalist to join our team and contribute immediately.
- The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proficient with data tools, and has direct experience managing HR operations in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage GPSSA registrations and monthly payment submissions
- Administer employee medical insurance — enrollment, renewals, claims coordination, and provider liaison
- Manage Payroll
- Oversee leave management and attendance tracking, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation for all staff
- Handle Emiratisation compliance — tracking, reporting, and supporting Emirati employee requirements
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and internal reports
- Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards using Excel
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience in the UAE
