Responsibilities
- Prepare and present breakfast and brunch menu items including Shakshuka, Halloumi dishes, Labneh dishes, and traditional breakfast platters
- Prepare café style sandwiches, croissants, avocado toast, and specialty breakfast items
- Prepare Italian pasta dishes including Alfredo, Pesto, Red Sauce, White Sauce, and Pink Sauce pasta
- Produce and plate desserts including Cheesecake, San Sebastian Cheesecake, Tiramisu, Brownies, Cookies, and Cakes
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Assist with menu development and daily specials when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Café Chef, Breakfast Chef, Commis Chef, or Demi Chef
- Experience in café, coffee shop, casual dining, or breakfast restaurant operations
- Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation and brunch service
- Experience preparing Italian pasta dishes
- Basic pastry and dessert preparation skills
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards

Job Overview
