Company: LG Soft India Position: Senior Software Engineer Experience: 5 to 8 Years Location: Bangalore

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain desktop applications using C#, WPF,.NET, and Windows-based technologies.

Participate in software architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues, ensuring optimal application performance and reliability.

Develop high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Ensure product quality through unit testing, code reviews, and developer testing activities.

Collaborate closely with Product Management, QA, UX, and cross-functional development teams to deliver robust solutions.

Mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to team learning and technical knowledge sharing.

Support product releases, production deployments, and post-release maintenance activities.

5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in software development with strong expertise in C# and WPF.

Strong knowledge of.NET Framework/.NET, MVVM architecture, and desktop application development.

Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, software architecture, and clean coding practices.

Experience with multithreading, asynchronous programming, memory management, and performance optimization.
