Role overview
Talan is hiring a C# Redis Developer for a high-performing team in London.
The role supports a distributed, real-time P&L and risk analytics platform used by Fixed Income Rates and FX trading desks globally.
The position covers the full software development lifecycle from design and implementation to optimization and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable .NET and C# services in a distributed streaming architecture.
- Build and support real-time data-processing systems for P&L and risk analytics.
- Work on out-of-process services, system integrations, and data-materialization layers.
- Drive Agile practices, test-driven development, and automation.
- Collaborate with developers, traders, quantitative teams, and global teams across EMEA, New York, and APAC.
- Own features, propose improvements, troubleshoot issues, and unblock cross-team dependencies.
Essential skills and experience
- Strong expertise in C# and .NET development.
- Experience with Redis Cluster.
- Solid understanding of test-driven development and automated testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
