This role contributes to the design, development, and testing of high-performance C++ software that enables scalable and reliable networking applications.
Success in this position supports the delivery of innovative software solutions that improve network operations and service agility.
How you will make an impact:
- Develop, test, and maintain C++ software for networking applications and systems.
- Design and implement APIs for software components and services.
- Apply Agile methodologies throughout software development activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Develop and integrate software components supporting control systems and network functionality.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and technology partners to integrate new capabilities and solutions.
- Perform unit, integration, and system testing to validate software quality and reliability.
- Communicate technical designs, project status, and implementation outcomes through presentations and written reports.
The must haves:
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in C++ software development.
- Application of networking concepts in software development.
- Experience with API development.
- Experience applying Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation delivery skills.
