Job Purpose
Manage product selection, purchasing, and stock availability to support Super Store operations.
Analyze sales trends, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate replenishment to maintain product flow, cost efficiency, and quality.
Work with store teams, supply chain, and commercial functions to reduce shortages and improve availability and sales performance.
Key Accountability
- Analyze store demand trends and sales data to determine required product quantities.
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure product availability and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate purchasing terms, prices, and delivery conditions.
- Evaluate supplier performance for improvement needs and supply risks.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment exceptions, including shortages and overstock.
- Collaborate with store teams and supply chain on procurement plans.
- Verify product specifications, packaging standards, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare purchasing reports and cost analyses.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
