About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with UAE Operations and warehousing teams
- Initiating Vendor Additions
- Initiating MSA's for contractors
- Implementing and communicate purchasing policies
- Support the Project Management Team for all their requirements
- Support CANRIG for all their procurement related requirements
- Catalog set up, management and support for Saudi Arabia
- Train Requestors in iSupplier for PR preparations
- Reviewing and renegotiating existing contracts
- Reviewing and approving Purchase orders as per SOA
- Track and coordinate the local deliveries
- Close out of all Open PO that are no longer required for Saudi Arabia
Requirements
- Good personality and communication skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- Industry related work experience of 3 5 years
- Basic knowledge in Excel
- 5 years' experience in Oilfield Service Industry (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Experience with Oracle and Microsoft ERP software (preferred)
- Power BI knowledge (preferred)
