About the Role
Nabors Industries is looking for a Buyer to provide procurement and contract support in the Eastern Hemisphere. Responsibilities include coordinating with UAE operations, managing vendor additions, reviewing contracts, and supporting project management.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with UAE Operations and warehousing teams
- Initiate Vendor Additions
- Initiate MSA's for contractors
- Implement and communicate purchasing policies
- Support the Project Management Team for all their requirements
- Support CANRIG for all their procurement related requirements
- Catalog set up, management and support for Saudi Arabia
- Train Requestors in iSupplier for PR preparations
- Review and renegotiate existing contracts
- Review and approve Purchase orders as per SOA
- Track and coordinate local deliveries
- Close out all open PO that are no longer required for Saudi Arabia
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- Industry related work experience of 3 5 years
- Basic knowledge in Excel
- Good personality and communication skills
- 5 years' experience in Oilfield Service Industry (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel (preferred)
- Experience with Oracle and Microsoft ERP software (preferred)
- Power BI knowledge (preferred)
