Requirements
- Leadership experience in conveyancing or another high-volume legal services operation — ideally at Operations Manager, Head of Conveyancing or Business Unit Manager level. A genuine belief in using technology to remove manual work, not just talking about it. Comfort working towards P&L targets and being accountable for GP margin. Credibility with SRA-regulated fee earners and the operational discipline to run a multi-pod caseload at scale.
