Requirements
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and workflow/automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar). Enough technical range to build lightweight integrations or scripts, without needing to be a full-stack engineer. A sales-ops or RevOps background, or an engineering background with real commercial instincts. Comfort working in a regulated legal services environment and understanding why "move fast" still has to respect compliance.
Benefits
- Salary £42,000–£60,000 DOE. A genuinely blank-page role — you'll define how sales ops tooling works for this part of Homey from scratch. Hybrid working, with a base at our Wolverhampton office. Direct, high-visibility work with senior leadership.
