About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Service & Aftermarket Manager to lead and grow our Service and Aftermarket business across the UAE.
  • This role will drive profitability, expand market presence, strengthen relationships, and lead transformation through operational excellence and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full P&L for the Service and Aftermarket business.
  • Deliver revenue, margin, growth, and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with regional objectives.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with Residential & Light Commercial dealers, distributors, contractors, and partners.
  • Identify growth opportunities and expand Carrier's service and aftermarket footprint.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers.
  • Lead, develop, and coach a high performing service and aftermarket team.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives across service operations.
  • Develop and standardize processes, systems, and tools to optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with Carrier's Code of Ethics, Quality standards, and EHS requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC Service and Aftermarket business management.
  • Proven experience managing P&L and driving business growth.
  • Strong background in channel management, customer engagement, and service operations.
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC products, services, and lifecycle management.
