Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full P&L for the Service and Aftermarket business
- Deliver revenue, margin, growth, and profitability targets
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with regional objectives
- Build and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and partners
- Identify growth opportunities and expand Carrier's service and aftermarket footprint
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers
- Lead, develop, and coach a high performing service and aftermarket team
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across service operations
- Develop and standardize processes, systems, and tools to optimize resources
- Ensure compliance with Carrier's Code of Ethics, Quality standards, and EHS requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC Service and Aftermarket business management
- Proven experience managing P&L and driving business growth
- Strong background in channel management, customer engagement, and service operations
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives preferred

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Service & Aftermarket Manager to lead and grow our Service and Aftermarket business across the UAE.
- This role will drive profitability, expand market presence, strengthen relationships, and lead transformation through operational excellence and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full P&L for the Service and Aftermarket business.

- Build and manage strong relationships with Residential & Light Commercial dealers, distributors, contractors, and partners.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand Carrier's service and aftermarket footprint.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers.
- Lead, develop, and coach a high performing service and aftermarket team.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across service operations.
- Develop and standardize processes, systems, and tools to optimize resources.
- Ensure compliance with Carrier's Code of Ethics, Quality standards, and EHS requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
