- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced business environment
- Experience leading cross functional teams and driving organizational growth
- MBA or relevant professional certifications are considered an advantage
