Wonderbrands is seeking a Business Transformation Project Coordinator to support the PMO team with project coordination and execution activities. This role is open to new graduates and involves working on supply chain, manufacturing, and technology projects.

Responsibilities
- Support project management activities for assigned projects such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Network Optimization, Engineering, and Technology (IT)
- Support project planning with development of clear objectives, scope, project team, timelines and relevant templates
- Document project updates, prepare progress reports, update action and risk logs
- Provide support for execution of project tasks
- Provide manager with regular updates of key upcoming milestones and risk callouts
- Conduct various analyses and assessments for assigned projects and programs
- Analyze data and project information to identify critical areas for improvement and corrective actions
- Update project management tools and templates
Requirements
- Post secondary education in Business or a relevant field
- Strong organization, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to multi task
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Passion to thrive in a constantly changing environment with shifting priorities

Primary Responsibilities
- Support project management activities for assigned projects such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Network Optimization, Engineering, and Technology (IT).

- Provide manager with regular updates of key upcoming milestones and risk callouts.

- Analyze data and project information to identify critical areas for improvement and corrective actions.
- Update project management tools and templates.
- All other duties as required.
Required Experience
- Post secondary education in Business or a relevant field.
- Strong organization, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to multi task.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
