Job Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Business System Analyst with strong Intelligent Document Processing and Kofax/Tungsten TotalAgility experience.
The role supports IDP solutions from requirements through production while working with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for Intelligent Document Processing solutions.
- Work with TotalAgility workflows, document capture, ingestion, OCR, classification, extraction, validation queues, and business rules.
- Analyze digitization processes, field extraction, confidence scoring, metadata, reconciliation, exception handling, and human-in-the-loop validation.
- Create BRDs, process flows, functional and non-functional requirements, data mappings, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and technical teams to define and implement solutions.
- Support platform integrations, environment migrations, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Improve document-processing accuracy, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Document business rules, workflows, process gaps, and recommended solutions.
- Participate in testing, defect resolution, UAT, and production issue analysis.
