Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Business Strategist role based in Dubai.
  • The Business Strategist will analyze market trends, customer needs, and internal performance data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements across facilities management and related services.
  • This role involves developing and refining business strategies, collaborating with senior leadership and operational teams, and preparing strategic plans, business cases, and presentations to support decision making.
  • The Business Strategist will consult with internal stakeholders, align service offerings with client expectations, and contribute to long term planning, pricing, and service portfolio optimization.
  • The role also includes monitoring strategy execution, tracking key performance indicators, and recommending adjustments to ensure sustainable business results.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess market trends, and evaluate business performance.
  • Consulting and Management Consulting experience to guide stakeholders and shape strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent Communication skills for presenting insights, facilitating discussions, and drafting clear reports.
  • Proven Business Strategy capabilities, including development, implementation, and performance monitoring.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • Experience in facilities management, real estate, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong organization, problem solving, and decision making abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in business analytics tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the region are an asset.
