- Monitor strategy execution, track key performance indicators, and recommend adjustments to ensure sustainable business results
Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess market trends, and evaluate business performance
- Consulting and Management Consulting experience to guide stakeholders and shape strategic initiatives
- Excellent Communication skills for presenting insights, facilitating discussions, and drafting clear reports
- Proven Business Strategy capabilities, including development, implementation, and performance monitoring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is an advantage
- Experience in facilities management, real estate, or related service industries is highly beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Strong organization, problem solving, and decision making abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in business analytics tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the region are an asset

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Business Strategist role based in Dubai.
- The Business Strategist will analyze market trends, customer needs, and internal performance data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements across facilities management and related services.
- This role involves developing and refining business strategies, collaborating with senior leadership and operational teams, and preparing strategic plans, business cases, and presentations to support decision making.
