About the Role
Lead the transformation of technology, systems, and analytical capabilities supporting pricing decisions across an expanding global airline network.
Work within the Solutions & Innovation team with Commercial, Revenue Management, and Technology leaders to deliver smarter pricing solutions and faster commercial decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead innovation initiatives focused on airline pricing systems and commercial optimization.
- Drive pricing process improvement through automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Design proof-of-concepts and transition successful initiatives into enterprise solutions.
- Own pricing platforms and ensure they support evolving commercial strategies.
- Define future system capabilities and product roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
- Lead pricing system enhancements, testing, and production releases.
- Monitor pricing performance, system utilization, and user behavior.
- Manage pricing system calibration and align models with business strategy.
- Maintain data quality, governance, and system performance.
- Translate technical solutions into commercial value for stakeholders.
- Lead governance and evolution of Pricing Solutions platforms.
- Manage pricing data governance supporting automation, forecasting, and revenue performance.
