- Promote, negotiate, and close deals for Company setup and B2G projects on behalf of clients
- Provide expert consultation to multinational clients on regulatory and operational matters
- Generate and cultivate leads through networking and market research
- Conduct client assessments and gather business/regulatory information to develop tailored solutions
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements
- Formulate tailored recommendations and solutions, considering client’s goals, capabilities, and constraints
- Oversee flawless project execution of approved proposals
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and timely invoicing
- Support issue resolution and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and recommend additional Bizzmosis services that can enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support client’s long term business growth
- Stay updated on relevant laws, frameworks, and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Degree in business or similar
- 2 3 years of experience in the corporate/legal services industry in the UAE
- Proven experience in sales
- Proficiency in implementing processes to comply with regulatory requirements

- We work with everyone from ambitious startups to global multinationals, offering tailored solutions for business structuring, entity formation, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions and industries.
- In this role, you’ll be guiding clients through the setup journey, providing expert advice, converting inquiries into lasting partnerships, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote, negotiate, and close deals for Company setup and B2G projects on behalf of clients (company registration, PRO services, etc.) based on their needs.
- Provide expert consultation to multinational clients on regulatory and operational matters.
- Generate and cultivate leads through networking and market research.
- Conduct client assessments and gather business/regulatory information to develop tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
- Formulate tailored recommendations and solutions, considering the client’s goals, capabilities, and constraints, and present well justified proposals.
- Oversee flawless project execution of approved proposals.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and timely invoicing.

Education and Experience
